From the very beginning, we knew there were two things we wanted to focus on – our roots in hockey and supporting charitable causes.  Our business began with a natural choice, hockey. It is a venue we understand, and that, more importantly, is close to our hearts.  However, our first project landed us in unlikely territory.  We started in the wine business.  Strange, one might think, but when we partnered with the NHL Alumni Association to bring together former hockey legends with big hearts and a program dedicated to raising money for good causes, we really couldn’t argue with the strategy.  What started as a fun project ultimately defined Artemis as a company and rooted the single principle that continues to guide the spirit of our company today – anything is possible if you care enough.
